Terms of Service — FullPipe

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or purchasing leads through FullPipe (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

FullPipe is a lead marketplace that connects service companies (“Subscribers”) with potential customers (“Leads”). The Platform collects service requests from consumers, reviews them for quality, and makes them available for purchase by Subscribers within the relevant service territory.

3. Subscriptions

Access to the lead marketplace requires a paid monthly subscription. Subscription fees are based on your selected service vertical and number of territories. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Lead Purchases

Leads are purchased individually at the listed price through Stripe checkout. Lead purchases are one-time, non-refundable transactions. Upon successful payment, the lead’s full contact information is immediately revealed to you and the lead is exclusively removed from the marketplace.

Lead prices may change over time. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged. FullPipe reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Exclusivity: Each lead is sold to one Subscriber only. Once purchased, no other Subscriber can access that lead’s contact information through the Platform.

5. No Refund Policy

Because lead contact information is revealed immediately upon purchase, all lead purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy exists because once contact information has been viewed, it cannot be “unrevealed.”

If you believe a lead contains materially inaccurate contact information (e.g., fake phone number, invalid email), you may report it to hello@fullpipe.io. We will investigate on a case-by-case basis and may issue a credit at our sole discretion.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or bank constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

If you file a chargeback or dispute against FullPipe:

Your account will be immediately suspended
Your access to all purchased leads will be revoked
Your account may be permanently terminated
You may be liable for all fees associated with the dispute, including administrative fees
You will be prohibited from creating new accounts on the Platform

If you have a billing concern, contact us at hello@fullpipe.io before initiating a dispute. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly.

7. Lead Quality

FullPipe reviews leads for completeness and basic validity before making them available. However, we do not guarantee:

That a lead will respond to your outreach
That a lead will result in a sale or contract
The accuracy of information provided by the lead submitter
That the lead has not also sought services through other channels outside the Platform

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Resell, redistribute, or share lead contact information with third parties
Use lead information for purposes other than providing the relevant service
Contact leads in a harassing, deceptive, or unlawful manner
Attempt to circumvent the Platform’s payment system
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Platform

9. Account Termination

FullPipe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: filing chargebacks, reselling leads, abuse of the platform, or failure to maintain an active subscription. Upon termination, your access to the Platform and any unpurchased leads will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

FullPipe’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to FullPipe in the three (3) months preceding the claim. FullPipe is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Privacy

Lead contact information is provided to you solely for the purpose of providing your service. You are responsible for handling all personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws. FullPipe logs access to lead information for audit and security purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

FullPipe may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
