How It Works

What is FullPipe?
FullPipe is a lead marketplace that connects service companies with homeowners and businesses who need their services. We collect, verify, and distribute qualified leads directly to subscribers in their service territory.
How do I receive leads?
After subscribing, you'll get access to your subscriber portal where you can browse available leads in your territory. You'll also receive email notifications when new leads match your service area. Each lead includes location, service type, and other relevant details.
What is a territory?
A territory is a 50-mile radius from a center point you choose (typically your business location or primary service area). All leads within that radius are available for you to purchase. You can subscribe to multiple territories.
How are leads generated?
Leads come from homeowners and businesses who submit requests through our website. Each submission is reviewed for quality before being made available to subscribers.

Purchasing Leads

How do I purchase a lead?
Browse available leads in your portal, click "Buy Lead" on any lead that interests you, and complete payment through our secure Stripe checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you'll immediately see the lead's full contact details (name, phone, email, address).
Are leads exclusive?
Yes. Once you purchase a lead, it is removed from the marketplace. No other subscriber can purchase that same lead. The contact information is exclusively yours.
What information do I see before purchasing?
Before purchase, you can see the lead's general location (city, state, ZIP), service type, frequency, urgency level, and submission date. Personal contact information (name, phone, email, full address) is only revealed after successful payment.
Do lead prices change?
Yes. Lead prices may decrease over time if they haven't been purchased. Newer leads are priced higher, and prices automatically step down at regular intervals. The current price is always displayed on the lead card. Leads that are not purchased within a set timeframe are retired from the marketplace.
What happens after I purchase a lead?
You'll immediately see the lead's full contact information in your "My Leads" section. We recommend reaching out within 24 hours for the best conversion rate. You can track the status of each lead (new, contacted, in progress, closed won, closed lost) in your portal.

Subscription & Billing

How does the monthly subscription work?
Your subscription gives you access to the lead marketplace in your chosen territory. The monthly fee is based on your service vertical and the number of territories you subscribe to. Lead purchases are charged separately — the subscription fee does not include lead purchases.
How am I charged for leads?
Lead purchases are one-time charges processed through Stripe at the time of purchase. Your subscription fee is billed monthly. These are separate charges.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Leads you've already purchased remain yours permanently — cancelling your subscription does not affect access to leads you've already bought.
Do you offer refunds?
Lead purchases are non-refundable. Because leads contain personal contact information that is revealed immediately upon purchase, we cannot reverse a lead purchase. If you believe a lead contains inaccurate information, contact us and we'll review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Account & Policies

What happens if I file a chargeback?
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute is a violation of our Terms of Service. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be immediately suspended and may be permanently removed from the platform. If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we're happy to work with you to resolve any concerns.
Can I add more territories?
Yes. You can add additional territories from your profile page. Each territory is billed as a separate line item on your monthly subscription.
